Meridian Atelier

An architecture studio in Suva

Buildings that know
how to be quiet.

Meridian Atelier designs houses and small public buildings across Fiji. Few projects a year, each drawn slowly, around light.

The practice

Built once, drawn many times.

Losana Turaga opened the studio in 2017 after eleven years with a Melbourne practice. The work is small on purpose: a handful of buildings a year, each site visited at every hour of the day before a line is drawn.
